Modern kitchen cookers can be divided into many kinds according to different types of natural gas used, such as natural gas cookers, artificial gas cookers, lime-liquefied petroleum and natural gas cookers, electromagnetic cookers, etc. According to the materials used in kitchen production, they can also be divided into cast iron kitchen appliances, stainless steel kitchen appliances, etc. The number of eyes can be divided into single-eye, double-eye and multi-eye cookers. According to the installation mode of cookers, they can be divided into table cookers and embedded cookers.
The kitchen is installed in the form of an embedded cooker. It uses air in three ways: upwind direction, downwind direction and crosswind direction.
1. The lower suction of the built-in cooker is literally understood as providing oxygen for the full combustion of dyes, and air enters from the bottom of the cooker. The advantage of this air intake method is that the fire is relatively large and the heat load is relatively high, which conforms to the cooking habits of domestic stir-fried vegetables. However, when using the form of air inlet in embedded kitchen, it should be noted that the following cabinets need to be installed with secondary air intake channel, otherwise it will lead to insufficient air and dye combustion, which will cause carbon monoxide combustion products and affect human health.
2. The use of an upwind embedded kitchen does not require a small hole in the cabinet, because it uses a higher lift to allow air to enter. However, this form of kitchen is not very good in the actual use process, mainly because of its low thermal efficiency, can not provide high temperature.
3. Embedded rice cooker is used on the side. It needs a lower temperature on the kitchen panel to install the air intake device, which can provide enough primary and secondary air for combustion and reduce the concentration of carbon monoxide.
For the different ways of providing air entry in embedded kitchen, each has its own advantages and disadvantages. When choosing, it should be designed according to the kitchen pattern and personal preferences.
